Monthly passes include one (1) two-hour play session per day and expire 30 days from the purchase date.
Monthly Pass Terms & Conditions
- One Child Per Pass: Each pass is issued to one child, as named on the card, and cannot be used by siblings or friends.
- Sibling Discount: Families receive 25% off each additional monthly pass purchased for siblings.
- Non-Refundable: Monthly passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- One Session Per Day: Pass holders may enjoy one two-hour play session per day.
- Non-Transferable: Monthly passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the child to whom they are issued.
- Expiration: Passes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Adult Supervision Required: A child using a monthly pass must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or grandparent, who receives complimentary entry.
- Valid During Regular Hours: The monthly pass is valid only during regular business hours and cannot be used for special events or private parties.
- Reservation Policy: Access is on a first-come, first-served basis; advance reservations may be required during peak hours.
- Lost or Stolen Passes: Lost or stolen passes must be reported immediately; replacement fees may apply.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for purchase in-store only, starting at $20. They can be used for play admission, toys, books, and at the café.
Play Passes
Gift a Play Pass, valid for one play admission. Unlike a gift card, a Play Pass is perfect when you want to cover admission for one or multiple children to enjoy our play space.
